A balanced diet is a type of diet that contains all the proper proportions of nutrients to help your body maintain its health as well as its growth. the proper proportions include carbohydrates, fat,water, vitamins, proteins and minerals.
There if no food that can contains all the nutrients and calories the body need to stay strong and healthy. This is why we don't only eat one specific food because it wont your body with all the energy it needs. Its really important that we eat a variety of foods on our plate, to make it a balanced diet. To make sure you are having a balanced diet you should at least have the types of foods on your plate: Bread, Pasta, Pasta, Potatoes, more than two fruits a day fish, eggs, meat, beans, etc. You should eat sugar and fats but a really amount because the help your body in many way even though you eat little of it.
